You can select pick up, shipping or local bike delivery at checkout. Orders usually take 1-3 days for us to process prior to shipping but if you're order is a pre-order or special order, it may take longer. We will let you know when your order has been received with an updated ETA. If your order is shipping, we will send you a tracking number when your order goes out. Once your order has left our shop please reach out to the carrier for tracking inquiries or send us a message and we will do our best to help.

While we would love to carry every book or yarn in the universe, we must curate our selection. Luckily, we can special order from a vast inventory of books in publication and specialty yarns from brands we carry. These items will be listed on our website as pre-order, special order, limited edition or custom. Special Orders placed to ship will get sent to our shop then we pack and ship out to you. We will send you an ETA after a special order is placed but it usually takes 2-5 days for special order items to arrive at our shop. Pre-order, custom or limited edition items will list a publish date or available date. For faster fulfillment, select pick up at checkout.
