Rose City Yarn Crawl: Due to capacity, no returns or exchanges will be allowed in the store during March 5th - 8th, 2026. Any Crawl or trunk show item purchases made during these dates will not be returnable or exchangeable. See below for our policy for regularly stocked items.

Books:

Store Credit or exchange may be issued within 7 days of original purchase for unused, undamaged regularly stocked books in original condition. Discounted, trunk show, custom or special order books are excluded and can not be returned or exchanged.

Yarn:

Store Credit or exchange may be issued within 30 days of original purchase for unused, undamaged regularly stocked yarn in original condition with original intact packaging. Discounted, trunk show, custom or special order yarns are excluded and can not be returned or exchanged. 

All Other Items:

Other items can not be returned or exchanged. This includes: Needles, Tools, Digital items, Artisan Craft items, Kitchen supplies, Games & Activity items, Patterns, Magazines, Pre-Orders, Special Orders and Trunk Show items. Shipping Fees, Promotion and Discounted item sales are final. 

Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Rainchecks and price exchanges can not be issued for sales, promos or discounted items. 

Shipping Fees are not returnable, customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Two Rivers and Weird Sisters are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Any claims will need to be submitted through the shipping carrier. See our shipping policy for more details.
