Shipping policy

Shipping

We ship to North America and Internationally. All in-stock orders will ship within a few business days of purchase. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been printed. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you think your package is lost or missing, please notify your local USPS office to file a claim or the applicable shipping carrier. Two Rivers & Weird Sisters are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages or packages damaged by the carrier. 

Split shipments, Subscription & Club Item Shipping:

Purchases for multiple shipments will be charged and invoiced for each shipment. Future shipping costs are estimates only and may change with reasonable notice. You will be notified and an invoice or refund will be issued if necessary. 

Shipping Pre-Orders + Special Orders:

Preorders and Special Orders will ship on or after an item's release date within a few business days.

Orders containing both Preorders and/or Special Orders and other items will ship together as one package when all items are in-stock unless specified to ship separately. Additional shipping costs may apply.

Within the United States:
Shipping rates are set by the USPS using the actual weight of the products to calculate costs. We ship Media Mail (limited to book and other media only purchases), Ground Advantage Mail or Priority Flat Rate Mail.

Canada & International:
Shipping rates are set by the USPS, we ship internationally using First Class Package International. Costs are calculated using the actual weight of the products shipping. Purchasers are responsible for any customs and tax fees that may occur. Customs forms are filled out in accordance with international law to accurately reflect the package value and contents.

In-Store Pick Ups:

Local orders can be picked up in person free of charge. Please select Pick Up at checkout. Some items are made to order or special ordered. We will notify you when pick-up orders are ready.

Local Bike Delivery:

Local bike delivery is available to zip codes in the N Portland peninsula. This service is provided by independently owned courier service, CCC PDX. Their $10 bike delivery fee covers cost and tip to your courier. CCC PDX picks up from us weekly on Fridays so please allow a few days for delivery if you are ordering over the weekend or early in the week.
