DESCRIPTION
The botanical prints found in this calendar are made by fifth grade Artists at Sitton Elementary School, in St. Johns, Portland, Oregon. Each print represents a native plant the Artist has learned about and helped plant in Pier Park, as part of Friends of Pier Park’s Next-Door Nature program–connecting our local youth to nature – now in its fourth year. The calendar features twelve monthly grids with New and Full Moon symbols. Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday. Months and days are in both English and Spanish. The prints were made using Gelli-plates. Perfect for home or office.
