Rose City Yarn Crawl Policy

The Rose City Yarn Crawl is just around the corner! We can't wait to welcome you and want to communicate the changes to our regular operations over Crawl weekend. Our many loyal customers may find this time a bit busier than expected. If crowds aren’t your thing, don’t worry! Our online shop will be open for book orders.

Some things to keep in mind when ordering in-store or online during the week of this event:

• Special orders will be processed until end-of-day Wednesday, March 4th.
• Special orders placed on the website between March 5th and 8th will not be processed until the week of March 9th.
• We will not be receiving our regular order from our distributor on Thursday March 5th, so orders placed between March 1st to 4th may also be delayed until the week of March 9th.

Temporary Service changes and Policy reminders during March 5th through the 8th:

• Yarn winding, pattern services and project help will be suspended.
• This is a good weekend to leave your puppers at home or outside with a friend.
• Return Policy: Trunk show and RCYC items are not returnable or exchangeable. If you would like to return a regularly stocked Two Rivers or Weird Sisters item purchased during RCYC, you will need the original receipt and our standard refund policy rules will apply. No returns or exchanges will be processed from March 5th-8th due to capacity.
• Online orders placed during March 5th - March 8th will not be processed until March 9th. This includes RCYC items like tote bags or trunk show items.
